Seaside/Cannon Beach Trip

For Memorial weekend, we decided to take a family trip to the Oregon Coast.  We rented two adjoined houses in Seaside, just blocks from the beach.  I had not been there since I was a kid so I had forgotten just how much I love the sandy beach.  The water was freezing, the rain poured down yet it still did not stop us from having a great time.  After all, being together is really the best part of any vacation.  There was only one thing missing: our Grandpa Aldo.  We miss you everyday.  Thank you for inspiring us to take this trip!

 Day One: We drove 50 miles to visit the Tillamook Cheese Factory.  I mean, who doesn't love cheese?

Day Two: We went to Cannon Beach for the day. All of us born in the 80's could not WAIT to see Haystack Rock because it was in the popular film The Goonies

Day Three: We went back to Seaside for one last time.  We actually went to Seaside the day we got to Oregon but of course, I forgot my camera.
